During the Interski Congress in Vail, Colorado (April 6-9, 2025), a major milestone was reached – the Lithuanian Ski and Snowboard Instructors Association (LSIA) was officially accepted as the 40th full member of the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA)!

On April 8th, during the ISIA General Assembly held within the Interski Congress, LSIA was formally announced and voted in as a member.

We are proud to be the first Baltic country ever approved as a full ISIA member.

What this means for LSIA instructors:

–International recognition of your LSIA ski or snowboard instructor license
-The ability to work, travel, and grow professionally in countries like Japan, Australia, the USA, across Europe, and more
-Lithuania now has a voice in shaping the global future of ski and snowboard instruction

This achievement reflects years of commitment, passion, and belief in the strength of Lithuanian snow sports education.
